I ordered a pair on May 9th. I paid 21.99 for 3 day shipping. As of today 5/24/21 I still don't have the pants and the post office hasn't updated delivery information in 5 days. I have emailed the company 3 times, waited on hold for an hour before it turned into a voice mail. Left a message with no response. I have read NUMEROUS bad reviews about the same problem. Please save yourself the aggravation and DON'T ORDER from this company. I got one generic email response that said they weren't responsible for how long shipping took. But if they sent it priority, like I paid for, it would have been here 10 days ago.
Update: it is 6/7/21 and still no pants and no delivery date. Almost 1 month later.

I’ve used LAPolice gear for several years getting great deals on exceptionally well made items. Boots, flashlights, clothing, jackets, and tactical gear just to name a few items. I have two brothers in law enforcement that have also had positive experiences with this company. Any negative feedback on this company is something I have never experienced.

My product didn’t arrive so I asked for a refund. I got my product refund, but they kept the $10 they charged for shipping!
They charged me shipping for a product I never received!!! Losers!
Terrible company, would not recommend.

I ordered a pair of boots on April 15th and paid the extra for faster shipping. After no updates I emailed them multiple times with responses most of the time but not all of the time. The last update I got from them was a tracking number for FedEx. I tracked the package and it was delivered to someone named R. ROSA in the USA. I live in Canada (yes my shipping info was correct). I emailed them about this with no response. They still have my money, a month later I still have no boots and I still have no answers. I will post updates to review how they handled it. Stay tuned..
I called the number provided on their website, answering machine says there is nobody available to take my call and no option to leave a message I have emailed them several times a day and did the chat option on their website. They do not respond. Buyer beware! These guys are scammers! I am out 200 dollars and have no boots. :(

Completely disheartened and disappointed

I had items in my cart, & entered the 10% off 1st order discount coupon they sent me day b4. As soon as I did that, my price INCREASED by $5 per pair of pants. I used the help button & asked what happened.
I finally got a reply & they asked me to send a screen shot of my cart. I did & now they say that “It is only allowing you one sale price. Not the sale price and the coupon.”
This is not honest.
I did not complete the order. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with and there shipping process I think still comes by horse! Customer service will barley get back to you and also not help. Had a mistake on my orders shipping and I tried to cancel my order the second I did it, on a weekend btw. I get a response days later saying too bad it’s been shipped. They offered for me to return the item and loose shipping cost or keep the item and loose shipping cost. I responded and still have never heard back from them. They are f u c k I n g awful! Not my first bad experience with them, just the one that made me right this.

Pure trash. !!! Dont spend any of your money with them. Order two guns plus two day air. I was given my order number and sent my ffl info as well Two weeks later. I call and was told they would send out asap. Nothing. Next day i called and was told they where sold out and didnt have my guns i orderd but got a confirmation number. These people have no real idea of what they doing. Save your money and time spend anywhere else but here

Ordered a pair of shoes that took longer than expected to arrive then returned them without wearing them and was charged original shipping and shipping back

Horrible customer service. Ordered boots for hunting trip. Took 7 days to process order. Boots will not be delivered before hunt. This company sucks and is a huge disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Pay the extra couple dollars and go with reliable company. LA Police Gear is a bunch criminals.

I am a semi-regular LA Police Gear customer. A very recent experience made me an even more loyal customer. There was a mix-up on an order for some boots that I had purchased. LAPG processed my refund and it was credited back to me WITHIN 24 HOURS. Thank you LAPG for the excellent, prompt customer service!!!!!
